The journey through life can be wonderful experience. However, at times it can be very challenging. You've lost your zest for life

If you've stopped doing the activities that you love and are withdrawing from people you care about, this is a good sign that something may be wrong. If you find that everything is simply "too hard", this is a sign that something in your life is amiss.
